Karin DeLaFuente received her B.A. in 1985 from UTPA and her M.S. in 1988 from UTEP. She is fluent in English, Spanish and German. Her area of interest includes Dysphagia, Cognitive Disorders, Autism, and Voice.

Audrey R. Alba, M.S. SLP-CCC
Audrey Alba graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University with her B.A. in 2012. She graduated from UTEP with her Masters in Science May 2015. She completed her 9-month fellowship and received her certificate of clinical competence June 2016. Her area of interest includes Autism and Dysphagia and she enjoys working with all ages
Stephany Lopez, M.S. SLP-CCC
Stephany Lopez graduated from New Mexico State University with her B. A. in 2012 and from the University of Texas at El Paso with her M.S. in 2017. She completed her 9 month fellowship and received her certificate of clinical competence in August 2018. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. Her area of interest includes fostering expressive and receptive language development and Dysphagia and enjoys working with all ages.
Zulema Torres, M.A. SLP-CCC
Zulema graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Child Development in May 2015. Then received a Master’s in communication Disorders with a Bilingual concentration in 2017. Area of interests are AAC, Apraxia, Expressive and Receptive language disorders.
She completed her 9-month clinical fellowship and received her certificate of clinical competence in July 2019. She enjoys working with clients of all ages.
Amanda Ramirez, M.S. SLP-CCC
Amanda Ramirez graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Psychology in 2011. She completed her post-bac courses at UTEP in 2013 to become an SLPA. She has successfully completed her Masters of Science in Communication Disorders with emphasis in Speech-Language Pathology from Eastern New Mexico University December 2019.
Her areas of interest include Autism, articulation, fluency, and language disorders. She enjoys working with all ages
Amanda Avila, B.A. SLPA
Amanda Avila graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a B.A. in Linguistics and a minor in Speech Language Pathology in 2015. She completed her post-bac courses at Eastern New Mexico University to become an SLPA shortly after. Currently she is enrolled in the Speech@Emerson master's program with Emerson College expected to graduate with her M.A. in August 2021.
She enjoys working with all patients and is interested in all things speech.
Denisse Castillejos, M.S. SLP-CF
Denisse Castillejos graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with her B.A in 2013. She then obtained her Masters in Science in speech-language pathology from Nova Southeaster University (NSU) in May 2020. She is fluent in both Spanish and English, and knows the basics of American Sign Language. Denisse enjoys working with patients of all ages. Her special interests include dysphagia, language, articulation, and feeding.
Rosalind Facio, B.A.
Rosalind Facio graduated from UTEP in 2013 with a B.A. in Multi-disciplinary Studies. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Her area of interest is developing and improving pragmatic skills with children on the autism spectrum.
Born and raised in Juarez Mexico. Attended UTEP in Business Administration.
She is fully fluent in Spanish and English. She enjoys talking to people and solving scheduling problems, no challenge is big enough. On her spare time, she likes rappelling, dancing and reading.
